Training Programs
For Management and Staff
Élan has developed
three programs, two for the Hospitality Industry and one for retail
sales. These programs are packed with information regarding the
customs and courtesies as well as expectations of the Chinese
visitor. Participants will learn key language items such as greetings
and pleasantries to make the Chinese guest feel comfortable. These
will also include numbers and money.
Participants will have an
opportunity to practice the key words and phrases and will leave with
a small Chinese learning card. The card will be filled with the
words, phrases, numbers and money that the students learn in the
class.
