To Whom It May Concern:

One year ago, I met Trinidad Hunt and through Ned and Natalie Neddersen, Ned and Natalie are Academy Graduates who had recently moved into our community. I was very impressed with their vision and work in developing a training center to bring the work of Elan into our community.

I am a Holistic Chiropractic Physician and as an administrator to my business I as greatly imp0ressed with the Neddersen's organizational skills and capacity to manifest from their vision. They greatly attributed their success to their training in the Academy.

Within an hour of speaking with Trin and Lynne, I was arranging plans to enroll my son, Jesse in the August 1995 Youth Academy and for myself to assist with facilitation and observing the training. As a parent, I was so impressed with the magic that occurred.

In the week of the Academy, I was in awe of the deep level of contact Trinidad made with each and every child in the group. I saw Trinidad move my son through tremendous resistance, anger, and isolation to opening his heart u to such a deep level of contact with the group as a whole. They became on big family; hearing; validating each other, honoring the other truly coming from a very pure and natural state of love.

Jesse learned to look at himself in a new way. Instead of blaming everyone else for his problems, he learned many new skills to identify and deal with his issues. I didn't think you could teach self esteem, but I saw it grow in these young adults with the new information and skills they learned through the Youth Academy.

Upon returning home from Hawaii, it became clear to me the course offered life altering experiences to myself and my son. Five months later, my office staff and myself trained with Trinidad in the Facilitation Workshop and will continue an ongoing relationship in training with her. Her work is dynamic, tremendously inspirational, gets results and is very teachable to us all. I am very grateful for the incredible impact it has produced in all the students Trinidad has worked with, my employees, my son, and myself.
